I am currently a research fellow at the University of Southampton Faculty Of Engineering and the Environment and have worked on on large scale distributed systems such as BioSimGrid and have experience with high performance computing, SOA and data repositories. I worked on CFMS  to demonstrate, in partnership with Microsoft, Airbus, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems and MBDA how novel Software + Services approaches can significantly improve productivity for scientists and engineers. I have much experience with cloud computing architectures and am currently working to demonstrate cloud compute capabilities for Space Situational Awareness.

My research interests include the management and organisation of large volumes of data enabling Data Grid functionality to non technical users.
